If you like the simplicity and predictability of a flat fee each month, consider a cost-effective package based on your needs, including number of employees, volume of transactions, frequency, and complexity.

Micro packages are great for side hustles or very small businesses

Standard inclusions:

• Few accounts payable and receivable transactions each month

• 1 bank/credit card account reconciled

• Basic monthly financials (P&L and balance sheet)

• Email support

Starter packages are perfect for sole proprietors or new businesses

Standard inclusions:

• A low number of accounts payable and receivable transactions each month

• Monthly reconciliation of up to 2 bank/credit accounts

• Payroll for 1-2 employees (pay runs, deductions, T4s, ROEs)

• GST/PST filing

• Basic monthly financials (P&L and balance sheet)

• Quarterly budget snapshot

• Email support

Standard inclusions:

• More monthly transactions

• Full-cycle bookkeeping

• Monthly reconciliation of 3-4 accounts

• Payroll for up to 5 employees

• GST/PST filing

Growth packages are ideal for small businesses with employees and regular activity

Pro packages are the go-to for established businesses that need deeper financial insight

• Payroll for up to 14 employees

• GST/PST filing

Enterprise is the ultimate package, customizable for larger or more complex small businesses that want both bookkeeping and additional financial support

Standard inclusions:

• Unlimited transactions (or a high custom limit)

• Unlimited reconciliations

• Payroll for 15+ employees

• GST/PST filing

• Custom reporting package

• Business advisory insights (cash flow, expense management, strategic insights)

• Budget creation + variance analysis

• Priority support + in-person quarterly meetings (local to Regina, outside Regina with paid travel expenses)

Add-Ons & A La Cartes

Individual Add-On Services

Catch-up or Clean-up Work: $50-$65/hr

Year-End Support (prep for accountant): $300-$800 (depending on complexity)

Additional Payroll (per employee per month): $20-$40

Monthly Financials: $35-$80 per month

Benefits Set-Up and Management: $35-$45 per hour

Statement Review, Budgeting Support, Variance Analysis, Business Advisory Insights: $45-$55/hr

Additional Transactions: $3 each

I understand that pre-packaged pricing is not always ideal and provide them only as a guideline for clients to anticipate costs and see the scalability of pricing. While higher tiers offer additional features, not all of those features may be needed, and sometimes you need a lower package but need one or two other services. If you don't see a package with the features you need, I encourage you to start with the "Micro" package and use the add-ons to build a package that includes only the services you will actually use. If this still does not work for you, let me know.
